An extraordinary test drive in Chile

In 2016, Changan introduced its SUVs to the Chilean market with resounding success.  Experiential marketing activities played a large role in this success.  More recently, the company delivered a CS75 test drive experience in Movicenter where the SUV's power, stability, and safety features won over many Chilean hearts.

 

Changan understands the value of holding events that are just that bit more special.  This holds true when it comes to test drive experiences.  Changan knows its target customer well: young, trendy, and fashionable.  Models and DJs were invited to the test drive to provide entertainment - giving the event a fashion show-like atmosphere.  A team of dedicated sales consultants were on-hand to provide first class service to all potential customers.  Changan model cars were also given away.  By catering the event, the company demonstrated appreciation for its fans.  In addition, several brand new CS75s were waiting to be collected by some very happy Changan owners.

The test drive portion of the event started in the afternoon with lots of people queued up and patiently awaiting a turn behind the wheel of a CS75.  Following this, the sales consultants held a Q&A session where they spoke about CS75's performance, price, and quality guarantees - among other things.  To round off what was a very special day, each test driver received a small gift and happily posed for pictures with the Changan team.

More than 60 groups of potential customers attended the CS75 test drive experience which increased brand awareness and drove foot traffic into Changan dealerships across the country.  Changan aspires to grow its presence in the Chilean market. As such, the company will continue to host more experiential marketing events to showcase the brand's reliability and dedication to followers.
